By accessing or using the WeCinema Player mobile application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WeCinema Player provides a synchronized video player interface that allows a maximum of five (5) users to watch video content together in a private room. WeCinema Player DOES NOT host, store, or provide any media content. All videos viewed through the Service are provided by the users themselves.
3. User Responsibility & Content Legality
You are solely responsible for the content you stream. You must ensure you have the legal right, license, or permission to view and share the content within your private room. You are strictly forbidden from using WeCinema Player to stream pirated content or material that violates copyright laws.
4. Accounts & Subscriptions
WeCinema Player offers a paid subscription to remove advertisements. Payments are handled via third-party processors. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. WeCinema Player shall not be liable for any service interruptions, loss of data, or legal issues arising from user-provided content.
