2. Monitoring and Zero Tolerance
We employ a combination of proactive measures and community reporting to identify violations:
Permanent Bans: Any account found to be involved in the distribution, viewing, or promotion of prohibited content will be immediately and permanently banned without warning.
Device Blacklisting: In severe cases, we reserve the right to blacklist devices from accessing our services to prevent recidivism.

4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
WeCinema Player is committed to fulfilling our legal obligations under international and local laws:
- NCMEC Reporting: We will report all identified instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies globally.
- Data Preservation: We will preserve relevant data to assist in the investigation and prosecution of individuals involved in child exploitation.
